Both of the apps that I mentioned give you a real person at the other
end. Be My Eyes is free and staffed by volunteers. AIRA costs money
and is staffed by trained employees. There are other differences,
though.
The video below goes into detail on the features and the differences
between the two apps and doesn't need to be watched since it's a girl
talking to us, but not showing us anything. The video should start
playing automatically if AutoPlay is enabled, but if it doesn't,
pressing the space bar should start it:
