Request for documentation on how to install Ubuntu from a blind user, who has significant hearing loss Linux

PS: I searched a little bit, but could only find illustrated howtos
related to dual-boot. How to install Ubuntu with a screen reader, but
not alongside Windows and no ncurses braille howto at all.
