The libsane1 package contains the sane-pixma backend library 
(libsane-pixma.so.1) and the version in 22.04.1 is 1.1.1-5. The 
sane-backend version on the SANE site is 1.1.1 released in Jan of this 
year. So software-wise, it should be supported.
