I already have digikam open, but honestly cannot find or recognize the option to rotate at angles not multiple of 90 degrees, where is it?
Anyway, I have just (re)discovered that the convert tool from ImageMagick CAN rotate arbitrary angles, not just 90/180/270, as I wrongly remembered. That also is an acceptable solution for my image processing flow.
