I have Lubuntu 20.04 running on a Dell 2120 netbook. A dual core, four
thread Atom processor with 2G of memory. It runs Calibre and Open
Office. It doesn't run them quickly but they run fast enough. I put a 1T
drive in it since I will using it as my “Juke Box”, connected to my amp
through a USB D/A. All the tracks are FLAC and there are over a thousand
discs.
Actually I have three of these and as soon as I get Digital Editions
running with wine I can drop Windows 7 entirely.
