these are normal startup messages of the desktop-launch snap wrapper
and not errors ...

this just tells you the snapped firefox does not use the built-in
firefox update mechanism (but indeed the snap one) that is i.e. used
when you use the FF binary tarball.

and this looks like a wayland error with firefox (completely unrelated
to snap packaging), see the bug at mozilla:
