"Session and Startup" and systemd - how do they work?

I want to be able to restart evolution-calendar-factory (from the
command line with a script, not 'by hand').
Using ps it shows that evolution-calendar-factory is started by
systemd at the beginning of the GUI session :-
chris 983 1 0 Apr25 ? 00:00:10 /lib/systemd/systemd --user
chris 2488 983 0 Apr25 ? 00:00:00 /usr/libexec/evolution-calendar-factory
Presumably this is all started from the "Session and Startup"
configuration in settings which has an entry "Evolution Alarm Notify
(Celendar Event Settings)".
Is there a systemd command (using systemctl presumably) to ask for a
restart of just this particualr item?
