PySolfc cardsets

Thank you Ralf, Yes and I didn't know that there's a more recent version 
of Thunderbird than that supplied with 22.04lts. Maybe there are other 
updates that I'm not aware of.

I do have that version of the card set.

The Ubuntu supplied version of PySolfc is 2.6.4, which does not work 
with Python 10. The latest version of PySolfc is 2.16.0 and is supposed 
to overcome that problem. The readme file is a little difficult to 
follow because of conflicting information.

Running PySolfc from the command line shows that it's trying to use 
Python 2.
