Very likely they will.

However, amdgpu kernel module is open source and is part of Linux kernel 
(including Ubuntu) for quite some time.

User space parts are provided by ROCm. rocm-* packages can be installed 
from ‘https://repo.radeon.com/rocm/apt/debian/ ubuntu main’ repository. 
All seems to work after upgrading to 22.04.
