Whilst you conspicuously omit from your signature, your location (if
you are in the central Sahara, two months' camel ride from the nearest
post office, with the camel trains being subject to raiding by Somali
pirates, the following would probably not be so helpful), the
following, or, an equivalent, for wherever you are located, could be a
solution.
