Rikona, I suggest that you refuse this.

You can offer help, but the security risks of letting a stranger take
remote control of your computer are such that nobody should accept
this and you should not offer. I advise you not to do so again.

If you know how to fix it, then tell us all. If you have suggestions
of troubleshooting steps, post them publicly.

Otherwise, say nothing.
