Network isolation?

I have rebooted the router recently, and this problem arose yesterday
(I was in the hospital for another 2 weeks).

However, I have trouble with this logic.  One of the wifi machines on
the router (IP address verified) should not be isolated such that it
can reach the Internet but not other local machines on the wifi.

Thanks, though.  If worst comes to worst, I will do that.
