large cursor

I am using a laptop.  It is hard to find the pointer as it is too small.
There is a big cursor package.  See
https://ubuntu.pkgs.org/22.04/ubuntu-universe-amd64/big-cursor_3.15_all.deb.html

I installed it using  sudo apt-get install big-cursor
However the option to change it does not appear in Tweak nor in Mouse and
Touch pad settings.

Anyone know how to activate the big cursor?
