Ubuntu 20.04.3 desktop (Cinnamon) - SSH disconnects when user logs off the desktop!

I have now performed the BIOS update and it was for sure needed, since the last
update was NEVER...
The current version was 02.02.04
THe available version was 02.17.00 and classed as "Important"
So now the Q23 Ver, 02.17.00 released 11/18/2021 is on my system.

In order to check for reboots I have to disable the "logon to the desktop"
setting I put there to get out of the reboot cycle.
