Instruction for custom partitioning during Ubuntu install anywhare?

On the partitioning screen, pick "Custom/something else".
Pick your ESP and edit it; choose ESP as the type, mount point = /boot/efi
Pick your root partition; edit, pick ext4, format = yes, mount point = /
Pick your home partition, edit, pick ext4, format = yes, mount point /home
Click Next and let it install. Job done. Should be easy.
