OT? user activity diary

about two laptops ago I had a nice application installed whose name I
can't recall. It was basically a personal activity log structured as a
calendar. I could scroll back and see what I was doing on the computer
that day - working on files, reading web sites, etc. And details
included and searchable.

I'm setting up a new system and can't remember its name. Anyone have a
suggestion?
