Postfix sending to A not MX

For some reason, all mail from ubuntu-users arrives without 
new-lines.  But I'll try to respond to what I think was the question.

I enclosed a copy of main.cf in the mail, so you can see what 
myorigin is.  However, I don't think that 'myorigin' had anything to 
do with it, since I'm actually sending to a user at 
'nobody at microsoftsupport.com'.

The mail I get back from Postfix is:


I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

                    The mail system

<nobody at microsoftsupport.com>: unable to look up host microsoftsupport.com: No
     address associated with hostname


Please note that the MX record for 'microsoftsupport.com' (if you do a dig) is
  microsoftsupport-com.mail.protection.outlook.com
So why isn't postfix trying the mail address instead of the original 
host address?
