I did something much like this MANY years ago. Don't remember all the
details but it went like this:
edit the file-
above each recipe, insert a 'trigger text' [something like xkrvaebx]
next line is the file name [only] (usually the recipe title)
recipe follows, until the next one [xkrvaebx]
I wrote what was a simple script [I was never a good scripter :-) ]
that went through the file and created a number of recipe files, some
of which we still use. The 'trigger text' made it easy.
