Dist-upgrading Ubuntu Server 18.04 located in remote site?

Everywhere it says dist-upgrade in my starting post please read as
release-upgrade!

It says this on logon:

New release '20.04.3 LTS' available.
Run 'do-release-upgrade' to upgrade to it.
