Aha, you spotted it already.

Periodic interference? E.g. some other wireless hardware, like a
wireless doorbell or alarm or something that's phoning home? Not
necessarily wifi?

Is it doing this on both 5GHz and 2.whatever GHz?

Can you change the wifi channel?
