No internet under Ubuntu 22.04 after booting into Windows 10

Firmware updates, after reading the vendors changelog, could be
important, especially for the mobo. Usually new mobos are tested against
Windows and in the beginning they suffer from countless issues when used
with Linux.
When my new "smart" TV's HbbTV failed to work via DHCP (dynamic IP) I
changed it to use a static IP. Usually you can access the router by a
web browser and configure it to use a static IP for certain devices,
while all other still work with dynamic IPs. In my case it didn't help,
but you never know.
However, one of my domains is pro-audio. Since you are using Ubuntu
Studio when it fails, but it does work when using a live Linux DVD I
should mention, that I was banned from the Ubuntu Studio developers and
users list a long time ago. From my point of view the reason for this
was, that the Ubuntu team of that time was unwilling to learn from
somebody who knows better, when they made fatal mistakes in the name of
would-be user-friendliness.
Assuming you should use WiFi instead of a cabled connection, it could be
related to measures they might have or might not have taken, to
workaround audio xruns.
They might provide a program that automagically set up the machine for
real-time audio optimisation, if so, I wouldn't be surprised about
unwanted side-effects.
Disclaimer
I don't know if Ubuntu Studio nowadays is reliable or not, it's just a
guess based on experiences with former Ubuntu Studio members in the
past.
Real-time audio optimisation is a user-centric task. In this domain
user-friendliness tends to fail.
