How to use the framebuffer as primary video device instead of the nvidia passed-through graphic card

If this is true,why,when I have upgraded the nvidia drivers on my ubuntu
22.10 distro,I've found this file inside the folder /etc/modprobe.d ?

# This file was generated by nvidia-drivers-515
# Set value to 0 to disable modesetting
options nvidia-drm modeset=1

it really seems that the nVidia driver can be configured with and without
the modeset parameter...
