Not at all.

I personally tend to remove Firefox these days.

I then install a native Deb-packaged version of Waterfox, and Chrome
for Gmail and other Google Apps.

But if you are happy with vanilla Firefox then there is the
Ubuntuzilla version, or the one from the Mozilla Team PPA. Both work.

I still use Unity and Firefox doesn't work with the Unity menu bar.
Waterfox does. End of debate, for me... but there are other things I
like in Waterfox, too.
