LTS upgrade to 22.04 stuck on snapd restart

I'm glad it took care of itself, but in the event that you're ever
annoyed by the reminders and want it to just get it over with,
here are a few Snap commands I keep around with which to "oil the
machine" when it does that, with the third one making quick work of
the above issue:

This checks if there are Snap updates and lists them if there
are:

sudo snap refresh --list

This refreshes all Snaps:

sudo snap refresh

This refreshes the Firefox Snap:

sudo snap refresh firefox
