sudoers file problem with upgrade to 22.04

I would suggest that, perhaps, a new installation is required, of the 
OS, but for the fact that, whilst my upgrade from 20.10 to 22.04, 
appears to be working okay, my clean installation of 22.04.1, appears to 
not.
