Workspace Behavior and Firefox Does Not Function Properly (BUG)

Good morning,

Me and my nimble fingers... originally posted as a Workspace Behavior 
Question but referenced a non existent release (29.04).

I recently upgraded to Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and have noticed an interesting 
behavior.

I have 4 workspaces defined with dual monitor spanning. Each workspace 
has an instance of Firefox running (three are on the left display and 
one on the right). NONE of the Firefox instances display workspace 
control options. ALL the others (Thunderbird, and  all the other types 
of tasks) DO display them.

Is it a BUG or have I missed an option setting in Firefox. I did not 
explicitly set something in any of the others.
