Hmm. That is odd.
Do you have the `os-prober` program installed? It's usually there by
default but I admit I have not played with Server much recently except
on Raspberry Pi, where this does not really apply. (No GRUB on RasPi.)
I noticed that Pop_OS does not have os-prober installed by default.
It is the tool that looks for other OSes and adds them to the boot menu.
