How to get back Windows on the grub menu?

OK, so that applies only to EFI then?
And the mount point is /boot/efi and not /boot/EFI (case sensitivity)?

Can the operating system partitions be mounted at /mnt/win /mnt/server /mnt/desk
etc instead of inside /boot?
