devices missing

Hi all.
Not sure what happened but, on my ubuntu 20.04 desktop running on my
laptop, some devices have disappeared.
Specifically
touchpad, network and audio not working anymore. I thought it was an HW
failure but to be sure I boot up with an iso and all those devices seem to
be fine.

Any clue and any suggestions on how to rebuild those devices?
