Autoinstall 20.04 getting 'no space left on device' during iso download

hi All - My original command does work.
root=/dev/ram0 ramdisk_size=1500000 fsck.mode=skip autoinstall ip=dhcp url=
http://MyIp/ubuntu-20.04.3-live-server-amd64.iso
<http://myip/ubuntu-20.04.3-live-server-amd64.iso> cloud-config-url=
http://MyIp/user-data <http://myip/user-data>
I had a typo in the script that created the grub file.
All good.
