The first hit I get by
https://www.google.de/search?q=BIOS+crisis+recovery+disk
is
https://www.acerrepairblog.us/aspire-8935g/bios-recovery-by-crisis-disk-bios-recovery-boot-block.html
it provides this link
https://bios-mods.com/tools/Phoenix%20Crisis%20Tool/wincrisis.1.0.0.4.zip

The second hit I get is
https://www.bios-mods.com/bios-recovery/phoenix-bios-recovery/
it ouasi mentions the same as Liam does:

"1. Download CRISIS Recovery Disk Tool (WINCRISIS). The version in our
repository is 1.0.0.4, but your OEM may have a newer or older version
if they provide their own recovery tools."

If Acer shouldn't provide help, consider to join a hardware forum to
verify if following www.acerrepairblog.us or www.bios-mods.com is worth
a try.
