Does installing desktop on Ubuntu Server turn it into the desktop? version?

Hi Bo,

I've been using a Desktop Ubuntu 21.10 install on an old T500 ThinkPad. I
am learning PHP on it and I have Apache and PHP installed on it and they
run fine. I am hoping to complete the LAMP thing by using MySQL on it but I
haven't got that far yet.
