I'm not the OP.

From the OP's signature:

Taking the OP's signature I assume at least those two strong reasons:

Some people might consider that systemd might not fit very good to Hurd
security measures, since for example it is more than just an init
system. An init system that is more than just an init system is a good
bridge to portability. BSD/Linux UNIX/POSIX alike portability is way
more broken when using systemd, than using any other init system.
