OK. Do you have Intel virtualisation extensions enabled in your
firmware settings?

The 420 can boot in both UEFI and BIOS modes and I don't know which
you're using, so I can't tell you how to get into what used to be
called the BIOS settings, but you need to check in there.

I also recommend checking while you're in there that you're on the
latest version, 1.52. If you're not, update.
