verifying that disk is encrypted

I contacted my employer's IT department about this,
and got a relevant call-back today:
The person had me use the output of lsblk , since
(at least for mine, I don't know how general this is)
there was exactly one row whose TYPE was disk and
one of the sub-blocks for that row both has TYPE crypt and
SIZE which is a vast majority of the computer's total memory.
The person confirmed that the above was enough for them,
so my issue here is now resolved.
