bash bracketed ("reverse video") paste

While searching the archive for a thread on a 21.04 bug, I saw an
email about stopping "reverse video" pasting.

There are two ways to turn off this new bash (mis)feature:

bind 'set enable-bracketed-paste off'
in bashrc

or

set enable-bracketed-paste off
in inputrc
