Date format in GNOME 40 panel clock

Sorry if I missed the previous posts in this thread and this was mentioned,
but changing the time format is available in Gnome with an extension.

Granted, one may argument about having to add an extension to fix this
problem, but anyway...

And yes, I'm an avid fan of ISO time and date formats! :-)
