how to chnage shortcut for gnome shell for ubuntu

I never use alt+` for gnome shell shortcuts. I want to remove it as it
conflicts with my other software shortcut. I tried gnome setting daemon.
But I didn't find this shortcut to change. So I request you to inform me
how to change it.
