Will icecat and or iceweasel and or iceape and or icedove be packaged for Ubuntu Linux

Hello.

As mozilla is shutting down mailing list support for firefox and
seamonkey and all other support mailing lists that it hosts, and, as
Debian apparently abandoned iceweasel and iceape and icedove and none
of these are available in the Ubuntu repository, and GNU icecat is
apparently only available in tarball form (which caused snowballing
problems with Netscape and its products), will any or all of these,
become packaged and maintained for Ubuntu Linux, and, supported via
mailing lists?
