File moved while being written to, write continues, how is that possible?

It mystified me a lot when I saw this but it is really a good feature IMHO!

Feature?
Non intended. So never depend on it.
And the behavior might vary on different type of filesystems.


Good to know that mistakes like the one I made when moving a bunch of videos
accidentally including the one just being downloaded are not fatal!
