Yes -- I checked what version Mint Sarah was and came to the same conclusion.

I really would recommend upgrading. A `sudo apt clean` might free up
more space, too.

I know Mint tends to advise reinstalling, not upgrading, but I did a
Mint 19 machine from 19 -> 19.1 -> 19.2 -> 20 recently and it all went
very smoothly. Smoother than the corresponding Ubuntu upgrade, in
fact.
