Upgraded to 20.04 and now my VNC connection no longer works...

It turns out that there is a config file for TigerVNC that needs to be edited:
/etc/vnc.conf

This line must be enabled in that file:

$localhost = "no";

Additionally in order to get the normal desktop once I log in I had to restore
the $HOME/.vnc/xstartup file from backup. Otherwise the connection just shows a
bare gray screen...

Now I just have to fix it such that the TigerVNC server starts on system boot
rather than having to be manually started....
