Favorite on Launcher

It won't automatically appear in the launcher, you have to pin it there.

It ought to find it if you search for the file name, I think.

I had not paid attention to the fact that it is a Wine app.  If you
make a shortcut for a normal app does it work ok?
You could post the file here and we could try it.
