I would suggest to use the Libre Office PPA to get a recent version for Focal. You can integrate it into your sources list as described under
https://launchpad.net/~libreoffice/+archive/ubuntu/ppa?field.series_filter=focal. That will most likely integrate better than a manual download (as you get updates and dependencies are fine).
