20.04 with NVIDIA and hardware acceleration

Hi Bret  -I did ALL the updates and everything and celluloid seems to work
"way" better - not 100% on no frame drops - but WAY better.

doing a GST_DEBUG=8 totem movie.mov  I is trying to open vdpau
at /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gstreamer-1.0/libgstvdpau.so
and this file is present but small and not nvidia.

Do I just need to "ln" something differnt for files to the
libvdpau_nvidia.so  or something ???
