How to set multiple reminders in Evolution?

If anyone out there still uses Evolution, and is using it on 20.04 LTS
(or possibly later):

How does one add multiple reminders to an appointment?

I used to be able to add (say) three reminders before an appointment,
for example one day, one hour and fifteen minutes out. Now it seems I
can only add a single reminder, though I can customise the time.

It *looks* as if it should be possible. There is an"add" button and
everything, but it remains resolutely greyed out :-)

Am I missing something obvious? I hope so.

By the way, if you haven't tried it, please don't theorise :-)
