it is a sad fact that there is a reason for client side decorations
... 
it is called wayland, where by design there is no WM and each window
has its own security context, i fear that is the future of desktop
linux, xorg is largely in "maintenance mode" since years already and
mainly only seeing development for XWayland usage.
