network IO issue with Ubuntu 20.04 on RPI4

Hello Collin,

well the rpi4 and power supply are new,  but I am wondering if a usb
device is misbehaving:

(the usb stick barely should use power,  the AD board has it's own
powersupply,  and the "long range" antenna is  powered by the raspberry
pi, so it might be that antenna)

I found messages like:

Jul  3 13:33:27 seismo kernel: [ 5996.500947] usb usb2-port1:
over-current change #15
Jul  3 13:33:27 seismo kernel: [ 5996.716009] usb usb2-port2:
over-current change #8
Jul  3 13:33:27 seismo kernel: [ 5996.931943] usb usb2-port3:
over-current change #8
Jul  3 13:33:27 seismo kernel: [ 5997.147928] usb usb2-port4:
over-current change #8
