ubuntu autoinstall 20.04

So I am playing with do a full remote install of Ubuntu 20.04 and replace a
current install of CentOS 7.   Everything seemed like it was going great
until the reboot.

On reboot grub tells me it could not find anything to load.

My storage section is the standard :
  storage:
    layout:
      name: direct

Did the install not over-write the CentOS 7 grub loader ?
What would I change such that Grub will be happy ?
