Docker + Lando + Ubuntu 18.04.5 + WSL2

Anyone get Docker + Lando + Ubuntu 18.04.5 + WSL2 working?

I'm following these instructions:

https://docs.lando.dev/basics/installation.html#system-requirements

And I'm getting this result:

$ docker ps
Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the
docker daemon running?

I'm about ready to just put up a free AWS instance to play with this and
try to get it to work. I know it's VERY easy to do on "real" Linux. The
thing is, it should work under the Windows Subsystem for Linux 2 just fine.
Others have gotten it to do that.
